You need a Georgia state photo ID or a Georgia Driver's license (front and back) to prove residency. Store the ID on the device you'll use to apply for your medical card online.
You will need a copy/photo of the medical marijuana card from the nonGA state on the device where you will register for your GA Medical card. You can take a picture with your phone and text or email it to yourself. You will also need something e.g. a lease, utility bill in your name, or an employee id that shows intent to establish GA as your resident state.
A medical record photo or copy of condition must be uploaded during the registration.
